Owner Marlene Pelletier has made sewing her life’s passion, and this passion is combined with decades of experience.

Marlene Pelletier grew up in Minas Gerais, Brazil, and learned how to stitch french cuffs from her aunt at the age of thirteen. She studied fashion and interior design at university in Brazil. She went on to establish her own clothing line, Bella Bella, which produced women's clothing, had three retail locations in downtown Belo Horizonte, and saw much success.

After moving to the United States in 2011, Marlene studied under Regina Bibb at The Regina Bibb Workroom in Auburndale, MA. She also consulted for high-end women’s clothing designers and costume shops.

Upon Regina's retirement in 2014, Marlene purchased Regina's workroom, and has continued the tradition of producing high-end pieces that clients of The Regina Bibb Workroom have come to expect over the years. Marlene’s focus on quality has garnered the attention of everyone she’s worked with over the years, from employers to clients. It is this quality craftsmanship that leads to exceptional results.
